Reiki is the Japanese term for Universal Life Force also known as Divine Energy, Prana or Chi.
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing technique rooted in ancient traditions, and developed by its modern founder Mikao Usui in the early 1900s.
Essentially, Reiki is Love.
Reiki reconnects us to our true selves, activating our own natural healing energy. It is a non-invasive complementary therapy that is safe, effective and inclusive. Beneficial for anyone seeking emotional clarity, stress relief, healing or growth, regardless of belief system.

Everything in the universe is made up of energy.
Sometimes energy in the body can become stagnant, causing stress and dis-ease. Often this is because we’re holding onto repressed negative feelings and limiting belief patterns that no longer serve us. Reiki works to clear and release this stagnant energy, bringing us into alignment and clarity.
A one-off Reiki session is good for relaxation and relieving the stresses of daily living. More regular or weekly sessions can facilitate deep transformation and longer lasting energetic shifts.

We’ll begin with a brief check-in, giving you the opportunity to share what’s brought you to the session, how you’re feeling, and anything you’d like support with — physically, emotionally, or energetically, also any intentions you have for the session. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
During our time together you’ll remain fully clothed and comfortably supported, either lying down or seated if that feels better for you.
We’ll settle in with a few relaxing breaths. Reiki is given by gently placing my hands on the body, or just above it if you prefer, at various points, usually corresponding to the chakras, and any areas I feel intuitively drawn to.
I use a combination of crystals, symbols and healing frequencies during all in-person and distance sessions to enhance the healing benefits of Reiki.
People experience Reiki in different ways. Many clients experience deep relaxation, warmth, subtle sensations, emotional release, or a sense of calm clarity. Others simply rest. There’s no right or wrong way to experience Reiki — each session meets you exactly where you are.
At the end of the session, I’ll invite you to gently transition back into the space, with time to ask questions if you wish.
You may feel immediate shifts, or notice subtle changes over the days that follow. It’s common to feel a deep sense of calm or much-needed rest following your session as your body integrates the experience. It’s helpful to stay hydrated and relax if you can. I will be available to you should you have any questions or reflections about your Reiki session or simply wish to share an aha moment.

The perfect way to kick-start your healing journey. Each session builds on the last, focusing on releasing stagnant energy that may be holding you back, empowering you to move forward with strength and clarity. Recommend frequency is weekly. Package valid for 90 days from purchase date.
When you purchase a package, you’ll receive a unique booking code by email. Use this code when booking each session. The code makes the booking free at checkout. Choose your dates and times that suit you. You can book sessions all at once or individually.

All bookings are available as distance healing sessions.
Best if you can’t attend in person. Ideal if you’re travelling, unwell, time-poor, or just prefer to receive from the comfort of your own home. Ideally you should rest at your booked time. The session is conducted remotely from my rooms. Notes and observations are sent to you after the session.
Distance healing sessions are conducted in the same way as in-person and are most effective when you are free to relax and consciously receive. Clients experience similar benefits, including calm, emotional release, and improved sleep.

Sessions are offered in much the same way as in-person Reiki, with intention, care, and energetic connection guiding the work. Many people choose distance Reiki if they live far away, are unable to attend in person, or simply feel more comfortable receiving healing in their own space. Clients often report feelings of relaxation, clarity, emotional release, or subtle energetic shifts, similar to those experienced during in-person sessions. As with all Reiki, each experience is unique.

Your comfort and boundaries are always respected. Reiki can be offered with gentle hands-on placements or hands hovering just above the body. Before the session begins, we’ll discuss your preferences, and you are welcome to change these at any time. A non-touch approach is always available and is equally effective. My trauma-informed background ensures that consent, choice, and a sense of safety are central to every session, allowing you to relax and receive in a way that feels right for you.
